Automatically scrapes multi-page listings, executes median imputation and currency normalization, populates a 3NF relational SQLite warehouse, and validates analytical queries with 100% data parity against Pandas.

  • Automated web extraction crawler using BeautifulSoup & Requests traversing paginated catalogs across 29 product categories.
  • Robust cleansing engine with regex price extraction, text-to-integer star mapping, and median imputation for outlier resilience.

End-to-end, production-grade machine learning and EDA pipeline applied to the Titanic dataset. Engineered with leakage-free ColumnTransformers, SMOTE class imbalance mitigation, 5-fold GridSearchCV Random Forest tuning, and serialized Joblib model deployment.
